How can I gain cut, solide mucle weight without gaining any fat?!

Question: How can I gain cut, solide mucle weight without gaining any fat!?
I am a 20 year old basketball player!. I currently weigh 175 lbs, am 6'1", and have about 7 to 8% body fat!. My workout right now is one constructed from the Football Athletic Trainer at the University of Northern Iowa!. It consists of working out 5 days a week monday through friday!. Monday and Friday are the same workout!. On these 2 days I do Squats, Bench, and a circuit that greatly increases arm strength!. Tuesday and Thursday workouts are the same!. On these 2 days I do Power cleans, Power Jerks, and a circuit that greatly increases shoulder strenth!. Wednesday is an opposite day!. If I lift heavy on mon, tues, thur, and fri, wednesday will be a light day and vice versa!. The Wednesday workout consists of Squats, Incline Bench, weighted dips, and tricep extensions!. On all these days I work my abs!. I just got a new protein (GNC's Wheyabolic Extreme - 60G of protein) and it says to take it once before and after my workout!. I have definately been getting stronger with this workout, but I want to lose fat and I have not seen this with this workout!. My desire is to be 185 lbs!. of solid cut, muscle but I have not been able to gain weight!. My fear is that, if I do a weight gainer, I will get to much fat and not be able to run up and down the basketball court as well!. I would like an effective muscle weight gaining workout that will get me cut without any fat!. Please help me with what foods I should eat and what would be a good workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
What you need is to get in clean calories!. That means a low fat, low carbohydrate diet!. The weight gainers aren't necessary because you don't know what your calorie expenditure is when you work out and if your calories in exceed your calories out you will gain fat and that is the exact opposite thing you want to happen!. Then there is the flip side of that coin, if you do want to gain muscle your body does need a high amount of calories, so if you aren't getting them in your body will use muscle as energy!. What I've seen many do is take the hit with the cardio, and not go at it as hard, and allow your body to get a layer of fat, so that when you are lifting you are using that fat as energy and not your muscles!. You should also have something to eat every 2 hours that has a protein and a complex carb!. I hope I helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
