Answers:
Food!. Food!. More food!. Good clean carbs!. Nuts!. Fruits!. Veggies!. Lean meats!. Tons and tons of food!. Yes, I consider protein powder food since it is basically refined milk so whey is a good thing!.

Get your workout and diet squared away for about 6 months and then see where you are at!. You don't need anything else at this point because you don't know how your body is going to respond and what it needs!. Sure you can load up on creatine but, at this stage, you would just be wasting it!. Why!? Because your nervous system is going to give out long before your muscles do!.

If you start supplementing enough you will have short term strength boosts that exceed your body's ability to handle it and the odds are you'll get injured!. Your tendons and ligaments have no idea what is coming and they take a long time to get stronger!. Give it 6 months - work hard and work smart!. Focus on the diet!. Get to know you body and how it responds to exercise!.

The one and only thing you'd need to add at this stage is a good multivitamin!.

And, no, I'm not anti-supplement!. I take a load of them!. I'm mixing shakes and popping pills all day long to get my gains maxed out!. But I didn't start that way!. Weight lifting is a long path where you are literally reshaping the landscape of your body!. It is going to take time!. Just enjoy the journey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
