Question: I need a way to loose weight on a college students budget!?
Im Trying to get pregnant and my doctor told me that i will need to lose weight, i cant really afford all the healthy stuff that i SHOULD be eating!. im not very big on pills but have thought about slim quick, has any one tried it!? would walking be an effective enough exercise to help aide in losing weight along with diet change!? any information, advice or websites you have would be appreciated! thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
