Toning up and becoming more muscular?!


Question: Toning up and becoming more muscular!?
I don't want to call it a "diet", diets fail for me!.
i want to call it a lifestyle!.

i've tried many diets!. they've all failed!.

i was thinking!. i need to become more toned for the upcoming basketball season!. i really want to make the varsity squad!.

I'd like to gain 5 pounds of muscle!. I'm currently 5'9 and 135 pounds!. Too skinny for basketball!.

Here is what my routine would be:
-At least 70 grams of protein a day
-30 minutes of physical exercise a day
-Weight training 30 minutes a day (100 situps, 100 pushups, dumbells, leg lifts)

I would be able to eat what I want!. But I want to be muscular and toned!.

hah, w/ the protein ur taking in and the weight training, u should easily get there, just don't over do it lol we don't want u to be looking like the Incredible Hulk but yeah u should get ur 5 lbs of muscle by this and remember to runWww@Answer-Health@Com
