One meal per day. Quick ? HELP?!


Question: One meal per day!. Quick !? HELP!?
First off, please don't bash the idea or tell me how unhealthy it is because I DO NOT CARE!.

On to the question!.
Can i lose weight by only eating one meal a day!?
Breakfast would be coffee, no lunch, and then whatever healthy is for dinner!.

ive been there and i have recovered !.!. i went to three clinics and went down to 70 at 5-5! it was not nice !. please just get better!. do it , dont think about it and one day you will wake up and realise u are better !!!1Www@Answer-Health@Com

one meal a day would actually be bad for you (if you want to lose weight) but listen cuse heres why:
1 meal a day will put your body into starvation mode!. with this your body actaully store more fat because it doesnt know when its next good meal will be!. (may gain weight not lose it) also whenever you reach your goal weight and go back to eating normally, your body will "freak out" and you will gain the weight lost plus some!. So if you do the 1 meal a day it would have to be a lifestyle change that could become an obsession and take over your life!.
The reason i know all this is because Ive done it!.
Instead eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day!. like a handfull of nuts or some fruit or carrots (cellery is great cause you burn more calories to digest it than are contained in the celery) and your biggest meal should be lunch so it time to digest!. Bigger meals at night are horrid for your digestive tract!. also do not eat after 8 pm and drink lots of water!.!.!. also if you want to lose weight, no more junk food, soda, and alcohol!. (not saying you drink, but im touching all the bases)!.!.!. there is a lot of calories in a beer!. if you have other questions you can email me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course you'll lose weight on only one meal a day!.
Seeing as you said that you dont care about how unhealthy this is,then I equally dont care about what i want to say to you! Please dont think about losing weight this way!.It IS unhealthy as you stated yourself and after a short while,you will begin to feel unwell and quite weak!.Why would you do something that is knowingly unhealthy!?
And as soon as you start eating normally again,you'll put on even more weight than before because your body will be in starvation mode and will hold onto and store whatever you eat!.
You will succeed losing weight by following a calorie controlled diet along with daily excercise and support from family and friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No won't help!. Your body will go in to an energy conserving mode and try to save up glycogen stores and stuff since your not eating enough!. It will make loosing weight even harder!.
Its better you eat 5 meals a day!. Your body knows its going to get food and doesn't mind getting rid off the fat!.

5 small meals is good!. tiny meals since you don't really care about your health and want to starve yourself anyway!. get a little exercise in!. low carbs!.
you won't have glycogen stores and as soon as you start your cardio you will burn fat directly without going through the glycogen!.

interval training is the best way to do it!.

You will loose a solid amount for a week or 2 max while your body is trying to adjust to the dramatic calorie loss!. But in the long run your bodies metabolism may take a bit of a dive and thats not a good thing! You may also loose some muscle mass and thats usually not a good thing either since muscle helps burn calories!.

It sounds like you would be falling severely short of your daily caloric needs!. When this happens often our bodies go into a "survival mode"; basically your body senses that it's not getting enough energy and it hangs on to your fat and muscle to conserve the energy that you have!.

why dont you go exercise you lazy person!. if you eat 1 meal a day, your body might go into starvation mode meaning every morsel you eat will be turned into fat and it might make you a bit bigger, youd be better off w/ 2 or 3 small healthy meals a day and work out someWww@Answer-Health@Com

your one meal should be healthy foods!.
