What will my body become?!


Question: What will my body become!?
I'm a 17 yr!. old Indian male!. I weight 155 lbs!. I have a somewhat athletic body!. Most of my fat is stored in my addomen and thigh!. This year i'm taking weighlifting at my high school!. Everyother day, within an hour, i run 1/2 mile, and 3 sets of 10 reps: bench press 90 lbs!.
: squats of 140 lbs!.
: rows (dumbells) of 30 lbs
: lat bar of 100 lbs!.
: leg extention with 35 lbs
: leg curls with 35 lbs
Also, end the end of hour i do more bench press with 55 lbs!. 1 set i do 40 reps, during the 2nd set i do 25 reps, and in 3rd set i max out around 10 or so!.

Now seeing that i do somewhat heavy lifting and at the end high reps with low weight, what type of tone with my body develope!? Will my biceps become small but with cuts, or will they get big and have cuts!.!?

Who knows!? We cannot see your body type from you writing it!. Plus your body chemistry plays a factor along with what you "feed" your body!. If you eat junk and work out, your pogges will not go anywhere!. Your toxins will still be locked in your adipose tissue!. If you "detox" and eat a healthy low carb, high protein diet, you will see changes!. Read the men's "Muscle" magazine and get an idea from their diets what you need to eat to feed your energy tank!. I noticed they list grilled chicken, fish, with steamed vegetables and brown rice!. Fruits/vegetables!. No junk, protein shakes and bars for snacks!.
The "Sugar Busters" book lists the "poisons" to avoid!. I try to use it to!.
If you follow your routine and also get pointers from coaches/trainers you should eventually look like a lean, clean, fighting machine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
