Question: Please tell me if I'm getting this diet right!?
I've been on this extremely healthy nothing more than 130 calories diet for about four months and I haven't gotten that much progress only five pounds and an inch smaller!. So I'm trying to count my calories this time to only 1,000 a day!. Is this right!?

Breakfast - Bagel w/ cream cheese and low fat yogurt
Lunch - Celery and blueberries and peanut butter
Dinner - Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Snack - Honey Nut Cheerios no milk
plus I exercise everyday!. It adds up to 9 hundred something calories!.
It's not all fruits and vegetables so am I doing this right!?!?!? I just want to lose two inches off the hips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you consistently eat less than 1200 calories a day your body will go into "starvation mode" and start storing fat and calories instead of burning them!. I think if you add in more calories you will see the weight start to come off!. I know it doesn't make sense to eat more in order to lose more, but I know from experience, it really does work! Give it a try!Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not sure what is going on but i have an idea
every body's body is different right!? well maybe yours just loses weight slower than others!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

How the hell do you live like that!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure where you are getting your dieting information, but if this diet truly is 900 calories a day, it is extremely unhealthy!. The human body is an incredible machine, and what happens is your body adjusts to 900 calories a day, and learns to run on less and less calories!.!.!.!.

So while you may have lost some weight in the beginning, if you have been doing it for 4 months, your body will get used to it, and adjust your biological processes down!.

Your best bet is to gain some muscle, It is fine that you are working towards a modeling goal, but the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn!.!. and eat!.!. the more you eat, the more you burn because your body learns to let go of the fat, since it knows it has more fat/fuel coming!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
