I want to see everyone work out schedules and see if i can pick up anything please post! I want to see if im not working out enough or too much also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Monday:
Run 5 miles in the AM and PM!.

Tuesday:
40-60 Push-Ups!.
100 Sit-ups!.
100 Crunches!.
60 Lunges!.

Wednesday:
Run 5 miles in the AM and PM!.

Thursday:
40-60 Push-Ups!.
100 Sit-ups!.
100 Crunches!.
60 Lunges!.

Friday:
Run 5 miles in the AM and PM!.


Weekends are usually about Thursdays and Fridays combined but it depends on what I have planned that weekend!.
