try eating healthier and exercise when you get home too!.
remember your metabolism needs protein, vitamins, and all that other stuff or else it would take the sugars and fat and store it and it will just sit their!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less food and move more often, the problems arise when we in reality aim to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations in the big wide world don't you think!?! I learned some excellent information by reading the site in the box below, they have lots of tips and tricks, I lost 8 pounds by doing as they advised!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly I can't believe they are telling you that being 140 at 5'5" is overweight!. If you have to lose weight obviously eating less works, but if you want to do it the right way try something like weight watchers where you can eat pretty much anything you want within reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

avoid sugary foods, pop, and high-calorie snacks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
for a workout routine, try turbo jam at www!.beachbody!.com/turbojam
i did it and lost 15 pounds in 1 month
you could also try core rhythms www!.CoreRhythms!.com
they are not too expensive, fast and funWww@Answer-Health@Com

HOLY SHIIT! You don't pass PE if you weigh too much!? That doesn't sound legal, but whatever!. Start running 3 miles everyday!. That should do it!. Eat smaller portions and eat more veggies/fruits and less fat and sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
