To gain weight and be healthy you need to consume more calories than you burn them every day from healthy, protein enriched, and nutritious foods and choose the right types of exercise!.

Exercise a little like mild weightlifting so as to feel hungry, to eat more balanced food and to develop muscle!.

Take tuna, salmon, flax and walnuts!. They contain healthy fats like omega-3!.

Take meat, fish, poultry, nuts, and legumes!. They contain protein!.

Take fruits, vegetables and whole grains!. They contain carbohydrates!.

Take healthy beverages like milk and fruit juices to add calories instead of sweetened aerated sodas!.

Hi,
I had a problem of gaining weight a few years ago!. Instead of eating food that was high is bad fats!. I started eating high calorie foods or high GI foods rather then the fats which could lead to heart disease, high cholesterol etc!. For example, if you would normally have a glass of milk, add nesquick or something to that effect as added calories, that you would not normally consume!.

I have the same problem!. Start eating 5-6 meals a day, or, 3 large meals a day, with plenty of calories!. A good amount of protein will help too!. One good thing to help you gain weight quickly is Whole Milk!. If you can, drink 1 gallon a day, everyday!. You will put on weight!. Starchy foods are great too!. Cooking with alot of butter might also help!. Some ppl will tell you to also start lifting weights to gain muscle!. True that body builders have larger muscles, but as Matt Furey said,,!.!.That does not mean they are stronger!. Which is why the military do not use weights!.

agree on all of the answers!.!.if you consume a lot of calorie, your body will gain weight in no time!.!.try eating fast food on your breakfast,lunch n dinner!.!.each meal of a fast food contains 1800-2500 calories!.!.while our body only consume 2000 calories per day,the left over will change to fat!.!.
