What's a way of motivating myself to go to the gym?!


Question: What's a way of motivating myself to go to the gym!?
i have a gym membership but how do i motivate my self to eat healthy and go to the gym at least 3 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

A good method is getting a friend so that you both go together!. That way you both are like, " Lets not let the other person go alone!." And you have someone to talk to and help eachother!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way 2 motivate urself is just 2 feel tht hw ur body looks!.if it is looking bulky and looking figure out then u have 2 think some thing abt it!.if u can't goto gym then just take walking 2 times a day so tht u may get some kind of fittness!.i knw in todays world its really difficult 2 find time for gym and even to watch tv or news so busy life bt if u really feel tht u find or require some fitness or if it is really necessary then go 4 it!.

Im in the same situation as you and the way i get myself motivated is by thinking of how happy im going to be by working out, getting in shape and being healthy!. It helps because once you actually notice results then you wont want to stop!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good music, workout gear and shoes that you love, and the thought of not having to worry about every bit of food you consume-eating is the hard part!.!.!.it's ok to eat some junk food-80/20 rule is what I follow-and it works for me! Www@Answer-Health@Com
