Answers:
Yes, you will still get stronger but your diet will support your workout but it is NOT necessary but is recommended!. For lifting it is suggested that you eat more protein than usual to increase your muscle mass!. It is your choice if you want to eat more protein but protein has more calories and fat so think about if your going to burn it off and stay lean or just get bigger and bulky!. Eggs, meat, etc!. has proteins but also you can look for protein supplements such as whey protein or protein bars and shakes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The definition of "ripped": Having an extremely defined physique; toned: ripped, bulging muscles!.

This means that to actually be able to see all those muscles you have been building up you need lower body fat!. Fat (even if it is not excessive) will cover those muscles, and therefore you will not look 'ripped'!.

You can build up the same amount of strength without going on a special diet - unless you are into extreme body building!.

So, the answer to you question is: you don't have to change your eating habits to get stronger!. Those muscles simply will be less visible under a greater layer of body fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends on what you eat my friend!.if you are eating healthy diet then it's not necessary to cut it down and you will become strong only by doing work out but if your diet is not healthy it will not be the same caseWww@Answer-Health@Com

not necessarily as much as if you were to eat right, but you'll see a few benefitsWww@Answer-Health@Com
