Question: Ideal dress size for 5'8" female!?
im aged 22 and currently UK size 14!. want to lose a stone or two and see if i can get down to a UK size 8 (US 4) but hubby thinks that I may look too thin and unhealthy!. Should a re-evaluate the position when i get to a size 10 and see if i am comfortable!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no ideal that works for everyone!. Check out skinny people - some of them look all knobs and bones, some of them look really natural that way!. Everyone has a different build determined by their genetics, with different strengths and weaknesses!. Trying to starve yourself into a size that's way below your personal healthy normal will make you cranky and miserable (and drive your husband nuts) and eventually rebound on you as your body tries to restore itself to what it thinks is normal!. On the other hand, if you make small sustainable changes, you can adjust your weight by about a stone and still be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't even state your current weight!. I think you sound absolutely fine being a size 14 because you are taller and certainly wouldn't go under a size 10-12 (UK)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
