I did this diet 2 years ago!.!.!.!.The first few days are the worst, but once you get through them you will be fine, the reason you feel sick is because your body is going into a state called Ketosis!.
On my first week on Lipotrim i lost 11 pounds!. It is a great diet for loosing weight fast, but when you finish it you will need to take a serious look at your eating habits so you dont fall into the same old routines! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've tried lots of different diets, including that one!.
None of them ever worked!.
The only thing that makes me loose weight is getting off my *** and going running or lifting weights!.
I lost 30 lbs in 3 months about 3 years ago, and as long as I keep excercising, it doesn't come back!. I eat whatever I want, and just run half a mile every day!. Just take 15-30 minutes a day (everyday) and go excersise!. You'll feel better, and you won't have to give up chocolate, or count calories or anything like that!. Soon, when you make it a habit, excercising won't be a big deal, and you won't even think about it, you'll just do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, you don't need to "diet" in fact to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have lots of instruction, I shed 6 pounds by following their tips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
