Answers:
That adds up to roughly 600 calories - and that's being generous! So, it's too little!.

Recommended daily calorie intake varies from person to person, but there are guidelines for calorie requirements you can use as a starting point!. For an average adult/teenager, this daily intake should be 2,000 per day for women and 2,500 per day for men!. The recommended daily calorie intake is different for children, pregnant women and older people!.

To try and lose weight, you could start by eating 500 less calories per day (ie!. 1,500 if you're a woman or 2,000 if you're a man) This should help as long as your diet is well-balanced and you're getting lots of exercise!.

Hope I've helped =D Basically, you need to eat a bit more despite the dieting as I'm surprised you're not feeling quite lightheaded and very hungry xWww@Answer-Health@Com

around 700!. I would say that is too little because you should have around 1200 calories on a diet!. Try and cut the potato out of your diet because starchy foods are not good while on a diet!. Aim for more veggies cause they are high in fiber and will help fill you up faster and keep you fuller longer!. Also make sure your drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day!. This is key to weight loss!. Cardio is great and usually between 30 minutes to an hour 5 times a week is sufficient!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

mens daily calorie allowance is 2500 when dieting is 1600 and i would say you have had 600 calories which is extremly low!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
