Is it healthy to eat about 9 roti per day?!


Question: Is it healthy to eat about 9 roti per day!?
I'm a 26 year old female!. My height is approximately 58 inches!. My weight is currently 48 kg!. I was able to maintain a weight of about 44 kg till I turned 23 y!. Since then, I have been gaining weight!. In 2005, I worked as a school teacher!. But in 2006, I left my job to do my undergraduate studies!. So in the year 2006 I was not doing any hard work!. This was the time I started becoming fat!. During last year, my figure changed a lot!. I got ugly belly fat!. My weight was about 55kg!. Then I started exercising!. I was able to loose my belly fat within one month by doing crunches, sit ups, etc after doing aerobic exercises like running!. I'm a Muslim!. So during last Ramadan, I became more slim!. But I still think I'm going to gain weight if I don't strictly follow a diet plan or exercise!. In our country, we eat Indian foods like roti!. So I eat approximately 9 rotis per day with some spicy curry made from vegetables mixed with tuna !. We don't eat vegetables and fruits much!. But I'm eating some fresh vegetables like carrots and cabbage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

roti is carbs!.!.!.you need to minimize carbs to lose weight!. try to eat mainly vegetables and protein!. eat maybe 1 or 2 max rotis with each mealWww@Answer-Health@Com
