Can a person have too many veggies and fruits?!

Question: Can a person have too many veggies and fruits!?
I'm on a weight loss/healthy eating diet and about 70% of my diet is vegetables and fruits, especially since I noticed this does wonders for my skin!. Is there anything like eating too many vegetables and fruits!? My diet is like this:

Veggies:
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 carrot
half a bowl of spinach
half a bowl of sprouts

Fruits:
1 pomegranate
1 apple
some papaya
1 orange/sweet lime

some wheat product and yogurt and egg

Can this be harmful for my health if I carry on with it for months!?

Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Fruits contain simple carbs so, if you're diabetic or prediabetic, you need to watch your intake of sugars!.

I'd add some other veggies, like broccoli and cauliflower for variety!. In fact, eat a lot of vegetables!. At 74 calories per cup you can afford to and the fiber will help keep you from getting hungry!. That'll also prevent any trace mineral deficiencies!.

Also, add some legumes to supplement the protein in the eggs and dairy products you're eating!.

Despite those quibbles, you've got a pretty solid program going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good question:

People who don't eat enough raw fruits and veggies end up with serious health issues!. You eat like I do!. I've eaten that way most of my life!.

There is a documentary to prove my point that what you are doing, is fine!. It's called raw for 30 days!. The scenario: They took a demographic of Type 2 diabetics from fat to skinny, male to female, Native American, African American, Caucasian, and so on!.!.!.

Get this, in just two weeks, they became non insulin dependent!. They no longer needed their diabetes pills or shots!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your diet is basically that of a lacto-ovo vegetarian who eats dairy products and eggs and that is a very healthy diet!.

Perhaps you might also want to post this question in the Vegetarian & Vegan section under Food & Drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
