Yes I've felt exactly the same recently! I went on a diet and exercise regime from January 2008, and to date, lost nearly 40lbs, but began binge eating at the start of September and gained about 6lbs back!. Although I'm obviously not 10 st even after bingeing, i became very bloated, felt sick, tired, with a low self esteem, low self confidence etc etc!. You name it!. I just wanted to die!. The way i over came it, was just by drinking a lot of water throughout the day and eating something (even if its just a piece or 2 of fruit) every couple of hours to ward of starving then bingeing!. and i began exercising again!. at a low intensity at first (which was so frustrating because i know what i was capable of) but the body snaps back into it after a few days and you get used to it again!. Try and keep this up for a week and watch, you'll feel so much better about yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why bother with diets!? Stop thinking about food and diets so much, just eat when you are hungry, and don't eat too much! Try to eat more healthy food so you don't add on lots of calories and make sure you exercise whenever you can!. Even going for a run, or playing some sports you enjoy!. Housework helps you burn calories too!. Maybe focus more on exercise if focusing on food doesn't work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

as long as you are eating foods that are healthy there is no need to feel guilty!. try keeping a journal of all the food you eat and write next to what youve eaten how that food makes you feel after you eat it!. if it makes you feel guilty or lousy delete that food from your diet !. the next time you get a craving for that particular food , remember how it will make you feel afterward!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sounds EXACTLY like me when i was your age!. you just have to look at your body in the mirror and tell yourself that it looks great! also, a good workout a few times a week will make you feel great about yourself and kick up your metabolism!. try to control your portions and eat healthy foods!. don't do any crash diets though, they don't work and you will only feel worse!.
good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
