Question: Training for a sixpack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
ok so i ahve decided to get a sicpack over gaining more muscle mass for a few months!. My qstion is if i only cusome hardly anyfood but enough to keep my metabalism going how fast do you think i will have one considering i onloy have a slight layer of fat over them now

diet plan

1 small bowl of porridge meal 1


1bannana meal2



can of tuna meal 3




glass of milk meal 4



an apple meal 5



i know its not a healthy diet and i need way more calories but how fast do you think i will get a six pack in!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
