Question: Is this too many calories to lose weight!? 1,400 calories and 375 fat calories!.!?
I'm 5"7 and 210 sat down and came up with this meal plan for a day!. is it to much or too little!. Please help I really am trying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best advice I've gotten from a trainer was to eat different amounts of calories each day!. Never go under 1400 and don't go over 2100!. It keeps your body guessing how much to burn!. That, in turn, keeps your metabolism up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably too little!. if the calorie change is too drastic, you will be likely to give up on your diet quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
