Answers:
None of those pills work, many times they only make your problem worse!. None of these pills have gone through any kind or testing and the ones that have it was on a very small scale for a very short time!. Most of them are loaded with caffeine which boosts your metabolism but caffeine also enhances your short term memory but on the down side it inhibits your long term memory and is very addictive!. If you are not use to drinking caffeine like Coffee or soda I can see you losing weight from these pills but it will be short lived and you will probably gain it all back without switching to a healthy diet and exercises program!.

Many of these pills use ingredients that will make you sweat so you lose water weight but that is all, I have a woman I work with who does this!. She is drenched in sweat all day to the point where she puts paper towels around her neck!. She has been doing this for years and still hasn't lost any kind of noticeable weight!.

Other diet systems will also fail such as Nutrisystem!.!. It is the diet where they mail you the food and you eat only that!. Which is a great idea but you never learn how to cook for yourself or eat out!. So when you decide you are at the right weight you stop ordering you are now at a loss as to what to do to keep the weight off!.
Try curves or weight watchers!. You will gain the knowledge you should have known all along and also have a support system in place!. Good Luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, Phentermine!.

Don't get it confused with the crap they sell on the computer or at walmart, you have to get Phentermine from a doctor!.!.!.

but anywho, it takes away your hunger/cravings and gives you a little energy!.!.!. you're supposed to "RETRAIN" yourself how to eat correctly while on it, and get into an exercise habit so that the weight does NOT come back once you're off of it!. You have to eat even though you aren't "hungry", but mostly protein or fiber!. (grilled chicken salad, tuna, etc!.!. NOT MC D'S) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most will!.
Heres the thing!.
"Diet pills" are a quick way to lose and most say not to take them for more then 6 weeks!.
Diet pills send a chemical balance to your brain which will tell you your not hungry or that your full!.
Then once you stop using them you will gain twice as fast!.
If you want to lose weight its best to do it the old fashioned way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tried one about 8 months ago or so, SlimQuick!. It's easy to get and pretty cheap!. I found it at Wal-Mart for around $20!. I lost 7 lbs in my first week!. BUT then we found out that my body is sensitive to caffeine, so when I doubled the dose as directed, I would get migraines, so I stopped taking it!. I would give that one a shot, as long as you can handle the caffeine! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them!. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray!. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry!.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have used several diet pills to try and lose weight with no success!. The only thing I did find that worked was the Acai Berry!. Since it is natural there is no need to stop using it after 6 weeks because it is all natural!. I have more information about it on my blog!. See how I lost 44 lbs in 90 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
