Is this a good weight loss plan?!


Question: Is this a good weight loss plan!?
I have been eating healthy meals during the day!. Not too much sugar!. I also go for water aerobics for an hour three times a week!. Also, I have been going walking every evening!. During the walk I jog for 15-30 second intervals as I am still working up to being able to jog a mile!. I have been walk/jogging every evening for about a mile and a half though!. Soon I will start hula hooping in the evening as well!. I'm not really doing that for weight loss, more for having fun!. Will this work!? Will I loss anything hula hooping!? I'm 15, a girl, 5'5, and 200 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That all sounds good to me!. Try to extend your jog time a bit more every time!. And hula hooping will help as would anything that raises your heartbeat for prolonged periods of time!.

Sugar is not the worst thing out there!.

Remember the 494!.

1 gram of carbs has 4 calories
1 gram of fats have 9 calories
1 gram of protein has 4 calories

And - for when you're old enough - 1 gram of alcohol has 7 calories!.



Smaller portions, and avoiding fat, is what you need to do!. Also, start drinking milk!. It's really good for you, helps keeps your bones healthy!. You probably wont lose a lot of weight hula hooping lol!.!.!.but you'll burn some calories!.


And each time you go out for a walk, increase the amount of time you're jogging and decrease how long you're walking!.

Stretching your endurance is good because your body has to exert more energy than it's used to and will burn more calories in the process!. So when you're jogging and you start getting tired - keep going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes any activity and exercise is better than nothing!!

but you need to watch your diet too!.!. try to stick to just healthy breakfast lunch and tea!.!. if you need to snack try eating fruit or sugar free jelly!.!.
