Answers:
No, that puts you as slightly underweight!. If your height is 5"6 and you weigh 8 stone your BMI is 18!.08 which is slightly below normal range!. Normal range being 18!.5-24!.9!. You said your slightly over!? Hopefully, this is the case and will put you back within the normal BMI range!.

You need to weigh yourself accurately and keep an eye on your weight!. It is not healthy to be underweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, your BMI would be around 20 (normal range is 18!.5-24!.9)!. IT sounds like if you lost weight you'd risk being underweight!. However, the BMI is not a great tool, so you could also get those scales to tell you your percentage of body fat!.

Overall, I'd say you were fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey!
According to NHS website your BMI is approx!. 18!.

Which is the lowest end of the ideal weight band!.
So if anything you could put some weight on!.
