Is it possible to lose a jeans size in two months?!


Question: Is it possible to lose a jeans size in two months!?
Im UK size 12 at the moment, but im only 5'2 so i look really fat!
anyway i was size 10 last year, put on some weight over this summer and want to get back into them UK 10 jeans!. Is this possible to do in two months!? Anyone done it before and got some healthy tips please!?

Its absolutley possible!! Try cutting out some of your carbs, less bread, rice, and no potatoes!. When u do eat rice and bread, eat brown rice and whole wheat bread!.
Also, try introducing more veggies and fruits into your diet, 7 servings a day!. 3 veggie, 4 fruit!.
Try drinking a lot of water, and some coffee each morning!. 30 minutes of walking/jogging/running a day is great!

UK 12 is not "fat" even for 5'2!. I'm just sayin'!. I mean if you excercise you're in good shape!.

tips

dont eat past 7 oclock

have at least 2 cups of pomegranate juice per day

have at least 1 cup of greentea per day

consume only 1200 calories per day

no sweets

always eat breakfast

Its totally possible!. I used to be a 10 but now I can squeeze into an 8!. Just cut down your portion sizes, cut out sweets, eat more veggies, and drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
