How can i make big muscles?!


Question: How can i make big muscles!?
what is the discipline of making big muscles!. what will i eat!? which type of exercise will i do!?can anybody tell me it step by step!?plz!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the people up there^^^ have a general idea!.

lift weights, if your able to acces a gym go there mon,wed,fri!. depending on what you wanna make bigger

chest-bench press (flat,decline,incline), push ups, free weight bench press!.

arms- curls, reverse curls, skull crushers (lay on your back w/ curl bar and do a reverse curl and touch your forehead with bar), wrist curls forward and backwards!.

legs- squat,dead lift, lunges w/ free weights!.

there are a ton of things you can do, if your at a gym ask people and they will show you so many things that i don't feel like typing out!.

also, run 1-2 miles before you work out, this will start your blood flowing which will give you a much better work out session!.

for eating, you wanna eat carbs and protein!. but watch the carbs, you dont want too many!. the reason for carbs is this puts energy into your body so you can work out!. also carbs create fat which turns into muscle!. with protien you want to eat 33 grams every 3 hours!. this is the max!. amount of protien your body will put into the rebuilding of your muscles in that time!. thats why any good body builder will eat every 3 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Star off with gentle weight training and then as your progress add more and more to the weights!.
Try and stock up on Protein!.
Loads of it!.
Stay away from the fatty foods and avoid eating too much carbs!.
Instead eat egg white omlette, Chicken, fish,!.!.!.etc!.
