What are some aerobic exercises I could do that do not include legs?!


Question: What are some aerobic exercises I could do that do not include legs!?
My legs are pretty worn out today -- too much activity lately!. My gym does have an old-school rowing machine!. Not sure how it works!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're looking for cardio, you're going to use your legs!. They comprise roughly 30% of your body weight, and are your primary mode of transportation!. If you've ever studied Kinesiology, you'd realize that it's nearly impossible to get any kind of decent workout without using your legs!. Why don't you just take a brisk walk!? well, rowing does use some leg strength, but not alot, you typically use your arms and upper body, but not neglectign legsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can sit in a chair and move your arms like your running!.!.!.sorta like a running while sitting!. You can pump your arms still to bring your heart rate up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
