How do they lose so much weight on the Biggest Loser?!


Question: How do they lose so much weight on the Biggest Loser!?
I've been watching the show, "The Biggest Loser"!. They all lose 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 lbs a week (even the women!) But yet, I keep hearing it's only "safe" to lose 1-2 lbs per week, and that's all most people manage!. How are they doing it!? I realize they focus ONLY on that (and not on jobs, kids, etc!.) for a relatively long amount of time (several weeks)!.!.!.but still, how do they lose so many pounds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, those people are losing most of their weight the first week or two, after that it levels off to a few pounds a week!. Most of those people are extremely obese, which is why their weight comes off faster at first!. They are doing it by the obvious, cutting out the treats and sweets and exercising everyday! I mean, when they are being watched, they are so less likely to cheat at their diets!. And that's all most people need to do to lose weight: Cut out the junk in their diets, eat healthy foods, and exercise (and if you've seen the show, you know they exercise to the max to lose their weight!)!. I know!! I recently had the same question!. and the answer I was given (And it makes sense) its because these people are obese and they are making an extreamly drastic change in their life!. they work out almost ALL DAY with amazing trainers and have a very strict healthy diet!.

unfortuantly I dont think we can do that without spending a week at the ranch :( Www@Answer-Health@Com
