What do you do when you get stressed?!


Question: What do you do when you get stressed!?
When I get really stressed I can skip meals with out intending to do so!. I know this is bad!. But what can I do to make it better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to fight stress is just closing ur eyes and taking a deep breath!.when u have taken a deep breath!.it nourishes and refreshes all ur body!.and after you feel fresh,be calm and cool!.
If u can do Yoga or Mediation,it will help a long way to fight against your stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually go somewhere to be alone!.!.!. I have to force myself to do that because otherwise I would start getting depressed and upset, and then I don't eat and I'm irritable!. Being alone gives me time to calm down and think rationally about whatever I'm stressed about!. Try finding a quiet coffee shop or maybe a park!.!.!. sometimes I just stay in my room and curl up in bed for a while to calm down!. Find something relaxing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Haha for me it is the opposite, at least as of lately- I eat a LOT when I get stressed, thank god I have stopped binging on bad foods and now binge on healthier stuff, but anyway, another great thing for stress is doing something like running or biking- it works wonders and helps your self esteem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

HI TRY MEDITATING , DEEP BREATHING , HAVE SEX ON A REGULAR BASIS OR MASTURBATE OFTEN !.!.I BELEIVE STRESS TO BE THE BIGGEST KILLER !.!.!.!.YOU MUST KNOW WHAT IS STRESSING YOU OUT AND DEAL WITH THE SITUATION AT HAND BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY ITS ALL IN THE MIND ITS HOW YOU REACT TO A SITUATION THAT CAUSES YOU TO STRESS OR NOT !.!.STAY STRESS FREE!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

smack around the kids,

set an alarm to eat!.!.carry snacks in your purse where you can see them!.!. better to eat something than nothing!.!.
