Question: What foods to eat/eliminate to get rid of water retention!? Also, any natureal supplements!?
Trying to get rid of the uncomfortable birth control pill bloat! It is driving me mad!. Do you know of any natural supplements of even foods to eat or avoid so I can get this under control!?!? Thanks is advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Believe it or not, the best way to get rid of water retention is to DRINK WATER!

Yes, your body is retaining water because it thinks it's in a state of dehydration!. Once you start drinking that 6 to 8 glasses of water a day and/or have plenty of water rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, celery, etc!.!.!.that will help to lessen the tendency for the body to retain water!. It's a great way to get rid of toxins that contribute to water weight gain!.

At first when you start the water regime, it will feel like you're camping out in your bathroom, but at some point the body will regulate itself and be used to the regular water so then you won't use the john as often!.

As for things to avoid: taking diuretic pills!. Consider cutting down on your caffiene and alcohol intake, too!. Some experts say if you drink a cup of coffee or tea, you should drink a glass of water afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
