Which is a healthier choice?!


Question: Which is a healthier choice!?
which would be a healthier breakfast:
1!.5 cups of Kashi Go Lean Cereal w/ !.5 cup of milk

or

1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 1 tbsp peanutbutter and a banana!.

or egg w/ english muffin and banana



which is healthier lunch:

2 slices turkey w/ 5 lettuce leafs, on small whole wheat roll

or

1 cup whole wheat pasta w/ 1/2 cup beans and 1 cup broccoli

or

peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat bread

Answers:
For breakfast I would say the cereal and maybe eat a grapefruit with it because they have a type of enzyme thats really good for you!.
For lunch I would say the slices of turkey and some low fat snacks would be:
fruit (apples, oranges, banana etc!.)
carrots & dip
nuts/seeds (peanuts, sunflower seeds)

They're all great ideas!. Healthy eating isn't about individual meals, it's about what you eat in the long term!. So for your breakfast choices, if you decide to take the cereal and skip the other options that have bananas, you can have the banana later on in the day (or any other piece of fruit)!. Or if you take the toast with peanut butter, you'll want something other than the peanut butter sandwich for lunch!. It's all about getting a variety of the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals you need over the course of a day (and the following days)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not psychologically healthy to measure out everything you eat =/
The best diet is to drink lots of water, and dont avoid any particular food, your body needs a bit of everything!.
Try a varied diet, eating medium portions of different foods through out the day, exercise and don't forget the water =)

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less food and workout more, the difficulties appear when we in reality try to put that into practice!
