How to look like Volleyball player Kerri Walsh?!


Question: How to look like Volleyball player Kerri Walsh!?
She's like my body idol!. Im looking to build a lot of muscle like her, and loose fat and skin!.

What do you think her diet contains!?
What about exercise!? (i know she plays volleyball for a living, but I mean strength training and cardio)

I'd like to get a similar figure for basketball season and tone up my arms A LOT so i have a strong shot!.!.!.thanks!

Definately eat healthy, exercise, run alot, eat protien, eat meat, eat eggs, lift wieghts!, and do ab work outs!.

Hey look:

Muscle mass ways more than fat!. You won't look fat with muscles and less fat!.

So do both! at the same time!. And guess what i found out today, you're not supposed to eat anything sugary within 2 hours after your workout!

Have you considered a Vegan diet!? You almost instantly lose weight with that!.!. Though if you can't or won't Perhaps try eating less meat and more vegetables!.!. Try walking 30 minutes to an Hour everyday ( you'll drop pounds very quickly) also, Try going to www!.thedailyplate!.com
I've joined that site a few weeks ago and it is very helpful! you just join it and then choose how much weight you'd like to lose per week!. They will tell you how many calories to eat a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut down on carbs, eat more protein!. if you want a 6 pack like kerri wals's i would reccomend a lot of ab work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
