Eat pasta, vegetables, fruit, LEAN meat (fish and chicken)!. If you like sweets and fat, eat food with real honey, dark chocolate, REAL butter (not margarine), real olive oil!. Try to buy food with ingredients that you can pronounce!. Salads with oil-and-vinegar (not creamy) type dressings are good!. Nuts are not cheap, but they're good protein!. Beans are great for protein, and they are WAY cheaper than meat!. Eating real, whole food will taste good and make you feel fancy!.

Vegetables come frozen and canned pretty cheap, just make sure there's no added salt or sugar!. Fruit can be bought frozen as well!. Frozen strawberries are the cheapest: you could make a mean smoothie with those, some cheap bananas, and yogurt!. Beans are cheap, and chili made with beans is extremely healthy!. Meat can often be bought at discount right before it expires, but if you freeze it immediately, it keeps forever!. Don't let butter and olive oil scare you: they're both healthy in moderation, and since they're both REAL food, you will actually feel full and stop eating them before you go overboard!.

well!.!.!.when i was in around 7th grade i think it was, i would drink lots of water, around 3 liters a day!. I would eat an apple for dinner at night and eat low-fat foods throughout the day, such as a "home-made subway sandwich" - something thats tasty and healthy
