How to lose weird belly fat?!


Question: How to lose weird belly fat!?
I'm not fat, and I know that!. I'm pretty tiny (short and thin)!. However, my stomach is simply huge! The rest of me is 'good', not fat at all!. But if I don't suck in my stomach (which I suppose I've done for many years and it's just become habit) I could honestly pass for a pregnant woman when she starts showing!. I've always had it, sometimes it's bigger than other times, but I just want to get rid of my belly fat!

The lower part of my belly is the problem, the part underneath my breasts is more or less fine, but I have this saggy pooch thing! I'm only 16, and I've had it forever!. How can I make it go away!?!!?

I used to do crunches often but I want another way! I'm an active dancer, ballet tap and jazz, and have classes three nights a week!. I don't eat junk food, (well I do rarely!) and walk to and from school, as well as most places I need to go!. HOW CAN I MAKE TI GO AWAY!?

if everything you are saying is honest and correct, then there could be an underlying cause!.!.!.its sounds like you suffer from a hormonal problem from what you are saying!.!.!.perhap excess insulin, do any of your parents have diabetes!?!.!.or you could be allergic to gluten products!.!.!.!.or simply you may tend to bloat up around your mid section with the foods you are eating( food allergies!?!?!?) talk to your doctor and ask for a cbc and ask him to check all your hormones!.

Try doing this for a week:

Do not eat anything proceed!. (sodium retention help add inches around the mid section) and when i say avoid process food i mean cereal, frozen food, cookies, icecream, pasta, etc!.!.!.Shop for your groceries on the outskirts of the grocery store!. Buy only veggies, fruits, and protein!.!.!.(the following week introduce yourself to brown rice, sweet potato, oatmeal but for a week avoid all carbs, your fruit and veggies is all the carbs you should have for the week)

drink 80-100 oz of water daily!.!.!. avoid caffinated anything!!!!!

after week of doing this, you should be able to see dramatic results around the mid-section!. I promise!.and if it works, try considering to eat only whole foods instead of proceed foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a workout that starts with 15 minutes of cardio!. After move to a full weight training system (your gym may have something called Nautilus or a similar system)!. It'll build your core and help you build muscle that burns that stubborn fat!. End the workout with another 30 minutes of cardio!. Try to do this at least three times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the contrast between your average body fat and your bloatedness in that area is really that sharp, you may have other problems!. I'd suggest consulting a doctor!. It could be anything from a thyroid problem to a tumor or worse!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you seem to be an active person with dance and stuff, I can only think of two reasons for your belly fat: heredity and puperty (since you're 16, I'm assuming you know basic biology)!. If your parents or grandparents or even your great grandparents (since the recessive gene for belly fat could've skipped a generation) have or had belly fat not due to common reasons like eating junk food and lack of exercise, you could naturally be born with it!. If that's the case, unfortunately, there's not much you could do unless you're willing to go back to crunches and other torso exercises!. Your reason could also be because of puperty!. As you may know, during puperty for girls, generally, the fat around the waist area increases due to hormones or other stimuli!. If that's your case, then you can, fortunately, get rid of it by exercising the waist area everyday- I suggest crunches- yes, I know how annoying and a pain in the *** it is, but I have nice toned abs because of them; you'll start seeing results soon enough!. If you're really that desperate, however, there is two other alternatives: go on a low calorie (but maintain your level of carb because you need energy for dance) diet- not to the extreme, please, and, last resort: surgery (I know about the surgery part because my dad's a surgeon)!. the low calorie diet won't be 100% satisfactory, but the surgury should work out!. If I was in your shoes, I'd go for the crunches!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
