Question: How to eat healthy when you're not fat!? !?
I am 13!. I weigh 98lbs MAX!. I am 4 foot 11 3/4 inches!. I eat potato chips with ketchup and sweet tea every day after school!. I am starting to get cellulite on my legs and stomach!. I have little rolls on my stomach and my breasts are big (34 B) due to the history of double d's in my family!. How can I eat right and still be light for cheerleading!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of eating regular chips, try eating baked chips instead!. Try to also eat more fruits and vegetables, and make sure you go to your doctor regularly for checkups!. You can stay healthy by exercisisng and cuuting down on fatty foods!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should cut out the junk food!. Substitute the junk with raw veggies!. Use dip to spruce them up!. Do not drink soda!. It only keeps you pumped up!. Drink 100 percent juice!. Eat fruit daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
