hi im 16 and im kinda fat,and i wanna loose weight,my current weight is 210 i wanna get down to 170 or so but i don't know how to start so can you help me,and give me a good diet and exercise plan!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

but to answer your question now!.!.!.
you should RUN a lot!.!.!.do not do a lot of weight lifting, you're 16 and you can ruin your ligaments if you weight train at a young age!.!.!.so stay away from that!.!.i would say, if you run/jog for about 15-20 minutes a day, you'd be doing some good work

do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep!.!.!. this may be tuff, but a lot of that near bedtime snacking is what packs on those pounds!.!.

drink 8 glasses of water a day!.!.!.this will help you "flush your system" and help you burn calories

eat smaller portions OR smaller meals!.!.!. do not just cut out eating, but instead you should choose to either eat 3 meals a day, but in smaller portions OR smaller meals, but more than 3!.!.!.this will help keep your metabolism up and kicking that fat out the door :D

Achievable!! !.!. well!.!.the key to weight loss is staying motivated and getting enough support!

Your only 16!.!.so your metabolism is high and active!.!.take advatage of this! this is the best time to lose weight and get fit!.!.

Diet: Breakfast : Oats , fruits, cereal with skimmed milk , boiled egg!.!.(Either of these)!.
Have 1 glass of warm water with 1 spoon of honey and half a lemon squeezed!.!.it enhances wt loss!.!.
Go for a 30 min brisk walk in the morning and evening!.!. if you have a dog!.!.take him for a run 2 times a day!.!.if you dont!.!. just get your ipod on and take a brisk walk!.!.wearing sneakers!.!.

Lunch: Grilled chicken salad!.!.lots of lettuce!.!.tomatoes!.!.cucumbers!.!.salt pepper lime!.!. Very lil mayo!.!.mustard!.!.or ne other sauces!.!.
A browd bread grilled vegetable sandwich!.!.you can do variations!.!.

Tea: A fruit!.!.and some herbal tea!.!.without milk!!.!.or have butter milk!.!.1 spoon curd mix with 1 glass of water!.!.put some salt and black pepper and mix!.!.vey refreshing and it helps!

Dinner: Grilled gish/chicken/vegetables!.!. salads!.!.beans!.!.!.pls make sure u have dinner by 7!.30pm max!!

No binging on ice cream or anything post this time!

Do stomach crunches at home!.!.do pilates at home!.!.keep stretching!.!.

You will lose weight!.!.in 3-4 mths!
