Question: Ok I need to loose weight for cheer and i need tips on cheer!?

Im 14 old
At the foot ball games i go to i mostly watch the cheer squad!.
As i watch them only 4 do back flips exc and theres like maybe more than 8 i really need to count, so not all of them have to do that wich should be one of me cause i cant but im good at doing the movement exc, i need to loose just aphew stomach fat and upper leg fat to, i cant go to gym and dont have weights, i need to no what healthy food to eat for the whole day to loose weight and do you have any tips on being a cheer leader and any clips like movies to get me started i will be singing up in may i no long time but i need to be ready this is really important for me!. I need all the tips i can get and how to loose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i'm a cheerleader and we run ALOT!!!!!! but it really gets you into shape and tones up your thighs!. also wall sits and lunges can help with the upper leg muscles!. and we also do a lot of v-ups (lay on your back and pull your torso and legs up into a v) to tone our stomaches and it works if you do it right!. and during try outs, if you mess up, just keep smiling and pretend that you didn't!. also don't talk during stretches or anything cuz ive noticed coaches do not like that!. and point your toes on your jumps cuz thats like the biggest pet peeve for coaches!.
