Question: I need a healthy diet what healthy diet for teens for the whole meal like breakfast,exc!?

try to limit your fat intake!.!. it know it sounds hard but its really not! Limit yourself to about 20 grams of saturated fat per day and about 40 grams total per day!. Stay away from read meats!!!!.!. Look on the labels and keep track!. There are many foods that are fat free even cookies!.!. just remember that even though they are fat free doesn't mean you can eat the whole box, you have to watch your sugar intake as well!. Try not to go over 1800 calories total per day!. Eat Main Meals and snack on fruits, veggies, and fat free snacks!.!. Absolutly no soda, diet or not (thats a false belief)!.!. this along with 30 minutes of brisk walking or excersice 5 times a week (make sure you get your heart rate up and keep it up the whole time) will most definitly give you results!.!. !. my friend has lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks! And if you do have a slip up and eat a slice of pizza or something bad for ya throw in a extra workout that day!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
