Specialized diet/work out plan?!


Question: Specialized diet/work out plan!?
does anybody know where i can find a specialized wieght loss program for a 16 year old who is 5'1 and 133 pounds!. i want to lose about 10 pounds doing it the healthy way!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you don't need to lose weight!.!.!. that is a healthy weight for your height and age

but the best way would be to cut out sweets as much as possible
and make sure you aren't skipping meals!.!.!. you should eat before you workout-peanut butter is great because it has a lot of protein, even a handful of peanut butter pretzels or crackers before is great!.!.!.!.
and stay hydrated!.!.!. drink a lot of water throughout the day
i drink a glass of orange juice for breakfast each day too, with whatever else it is your eating in the morning!.!. which should be something, its true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day

after a workout drink/chug a bottle of gatorade
just watching your portions alone will help a ton, don't go back for seconds at dinner if you can help it
try NOT to eat after 8pm


workout wise:
interval training is the best
where you either run, walk, jog, bike, or swim
you start out with about a 5 minute warm up at a slow pace
then go to about medium intensity for around 2 minutes
then go to high intensity for around 1 minute
and repeat until you cant do it anymore

at first it wont be long maybe 10 minutes, but that will increase

its proven that interval training is the best for losing weight
