Question: Will drinking more water help you loose weight!?
Okay Im a diet I stopped drinking pop all together and started drinking more water and gave up junk food I exercise for a hour each day When will see results and start to loose weight!? i'm 5'5 and I weigh 126 im 21 too Im not trying to be anorexic I just want to loose a few pounds!. Drinking water is very crucial to losing weight!. It was a good thing to do by taking pop out of your diet!.!.!.!.some pops have fermaldahyde in it and is veryyy bad for you!. When you drink just water without excersize it will just add to water weight!. The best way to lose weight the healthy way is eat about 5 or 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going, drink lots of water, and excersize!.!.!.for about 30 minutes a day!. Yes, especially if your body is retaining water!. You can tell if when you wear socks for a while and take them off, if the lines from the socks stay on your legs for a long time, you're retaining water!. The reason you pee a lot when you start drinking a lot of water is because your body is releasing that water it's been holding, so water weight loss is almost instantaneous and can start happening that day!. It should only take a few days to lose the water weight if you do it correctly!. Adequate hydration will help you lose weight, but water alone won't cause fat loss!. You need solid nutrition and you need to make sure that your working as hard as you can in the gym!.

Don't expect to see results for at least a month!. Throw your scale out for 30 days and don't bring it back until it's over!. Daily fluctuations in weight can kill motivation, it's just not worth it!. I had results on the scale, but didn't see visible results for 4 months during my weight loss!.

It sounds like you aren't overweight at all!. Just focus on eating healthy, and staying active!. Water is crucial for staying healthy and hydrated - and healthy can equal weight loss for some!. Though, I don't think you'll notice any difference on the scale anyways, because you are a healthy weight for your height and because muscle mass weighs more than fat!. So as you lose weight and gain muscle, your weight will most likely not fluctuate that much!. I think the best way to tell you're losing weight is by the way you fit in your clothes, and how you feel!. You'll notice a difference in a month, but you'll notice the biggest change after about 4-6 months!.

the fact you stopped drinking soda is the reason you will lose weight, most people say drinking lots of water will make you lose weight but in reality the amount of calories it burns is so minimal it really doesn't do anything!. The reason it burns calories is because the body has to warm the water to body temperature before it can use it, for lack of better terms and this warming needs energyWww@Answer-Health@Com

It assists in LOSING (not loosing) weight by keeping you full and flushing out toxins!. Good for skin and organ function!. In other words, it doesn't help you lose weight, but it aids your body in doing its job to shed fat!. your supposed to weigh 125-30 so why do you want to lose weight!? ok well anyways--yes drinking lots of water helps maintain or lose weight because it flushes out your system!. eat smaller portions throughout the day!. and excersising will obviously give results!. with that said!.!.!.youll drop 5 pounds in about 2-3 weeks!. It's funny, i just visited my Doctor 2 weeks ago!. I'm overweight as well!. He suggested drinking tons of water and exercising!. He also advised me to lay off the soda and juice!.
