Question: Any weight loss tips for me!?
I am actually fairly skinny as far a size!.!.!.but i have a big belly that sticks out, diets don't work for me and I want to lose my belly as fast as possible, I can't leave the house cause I am always busy in dance lessons or piano or something!.!.!.please help I hate my belly!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually don't do situps!. It wont help you at all!. You need to do more cardio!. Dancing is a good way to loose belly fat!. You should try yoga or martial arts!. One thing that worked for me was an intense sprinting/running interval!. If you need further help please contact me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pull in your abs and do standing cruches while listening to music!. Cut out red meat and milk, and eat more apples!. Maybe some pilates will help too!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
