Question: Will I be able to loose 10- 15 pounds doing Bikram Yoga!?
I'm 18yrs old, 5'9" and weigh 135, I jog/walk a little over an hour 5 times a week but would like to do some other type of exercise (Bikram) to loose at least 10-15 pounds and inches around the thighs and waist!. Will it work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can not guarantee how much you'll lose from bikram yoga, though it IS very effective!. But, sure you'll lose weight through bikram yoga!. In fact you can lose weight doing any form of yoga, in case you keep your motivation up, and go on with a good healthy diet!.
