Question: Do i need to loose more weight!?!?!?!?!?
ok so im 14, 5'3" and i weigh about!.!.!.!. well i really don't know but i fit into a size 3 in pants and a small in shirt i'm fit like u can see my ribs and everything but theirs just something!.!.!.!. i don't know!.!.!. so wat do u think sorry no pic to help u!.!.!. at school doing this!.!.!.!. im not ur stick skinny but i'm not ur BIG eighter!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i don't knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

take it easy, its not so good when you can see your ribs!.!. maybe you should try packing a little bit more weight instead!. Thats my point of view,!.!.!. when i see girls that are super skinny it turns me off!. you're 14!.!.!. if anything, you could use some extra lbs!. don't worry!. your feelings are normal; most teenagers feel insecure about their bodies and they're uncomfortable!. just wear clothes that accentuate your figure and you should be fine!. don't over-stress!. that can cause skin problems and may cause your metabolism to slow down as well!. if you still feel extremely uncomfortable with your body even though you're a size 3- SMALL- then you might consider telling a trusted friend or adult about your feelings!. you definitely don't want to go too long feeling and/or thinking you're fat!.!.!. working out might make your mood get better too!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I could see being concerned if you were overweight or even obese!.!.!. but, I just don't get it!.!.!.!.

It sounds like the only weight you need to lose might need to happen to any mental weight you're carrying in your head!. It's very common (especially amongst teenage girls) to have a distorted body image and to think they are bigger than what they are!. It's called body dysmorphia!.

I suffered with this for years -it's how I became anorexic!. It's very commonly promoted by media images that photoshop and show us ridiculously thin models!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're 14 you're supposed to be growing, not losing weight!. Also, notice the single "o" in lose!.

If you can see your ribs, you need to gain weight, probably!.

I will put it to you this way!. I am 19, 5'2" and wear between a 4 and a 6!. You don't need to lose any weight!. Everyone is made differently!. Some have smaller bone structures which allows them to be much smaller than others!. You do not need to be any smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I didn't know being able to see a person ribs means they are fit!. If you see a stray dog walking down the road and able to see it ribs don't you think it needs some food or water!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
