Aww crap, someone please help?!


Question: Aww crap, someone please help!?
so i've been dieting for maybe three weeks and i've lost a noticeable amount of weight and i've been also taking diet pills from time to time, to help out the appetite control!. so today after not smoking for many months, i decided to smoke weed with my friend and i figured that i would have munchies so i brought a diet pill!. well of course, i got hungry and took a diet pill but it didn't work for some reason and i couldn't resist and i ate a bunch of stuff!. it wasn't too bad i had some seeds, and some candy, and then i came home for dinner and had some pretty low fat chicken, but i still feel uneasy about the candy!. is there anything i can do right now to avoid waking up in the morning a little heavier cos of all the sugar i consumed!?

it's 11:30 pm so the gym is out of the question!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't gain a lot of weight over night because you ate candy!. To lose weight you don't have to completely cut out candy and junk food!. Just eat healthier and exercise!. You don't even need diet pills!.!. (my opinion they don't work its more psychological then anything) but you shouldn't cut out junk or candy completely!. Still eat some of it every once in awhile, otherwise if you cut it out completely and awhile later you start eating it again (i dont mean just one time i mean eating it everyday) you will gain weight easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bloody hell just eat something healthy 90% of the time and relax and enjoy life 10% of the time !. everyone falls now and again, just stay on track keeping the 90/10 principle regular exercise you should be fine !.
