Question: How come when I do my bicep workout with the dumbbells, my right arm gives out too early!?
my right arm always feels so weak when I bring down the weight and then try to lift it back up again!. I will do like 12 on the left arm then only 8 on the right because it just gives out!. has anyone had that happen to them!? do you know what the problem might be!? I was thinking something was wrong with my elbow or something!.!.!. I put less weights but it makes no diff either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cuz ur right arm is weaker than the leftWww@Answer-Health@Com

Everybody's body is asymmetric, one side will be weaker than the other (my left bicep is weaker and physically smaller than my right, ironic since I'm a lefty)!. Your right arm petering out two thirds into your set doesn't sound right, though!. Are you experiencing any pain IN the elbow!? If so you might have tendinitis or (more likely) tendonosis!. If you're in a gym, you might want to try curling with a barbell instead of dumbbells, it could help!. You might also want to have someone assist you with post-fatigue reps on the right side only (have them assist you as little as possible on the way up, then bring down the weight slowly for the last 4 reps)!. Also, how's your form!? Make sure you are going for full extension (no stopping halfway) and full contraction!. Also emphasize the 'negative rep', bringing the weight down as slow if not slower than when you brought the weight up!. Again, if you are experiencing pain in the crook of your elbow, look into it!. I personally mangled the flexor tendons in both my elbows last year moving a keno machine and it has kept me about two-thirds of what I should be curling (But I keep increasing the weights in my back workouts, go figure)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea its because ur right arm is weaker your not use to using it as much!.!.!.so maybe the more you do it the better it will feel =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
