Question: Sitting on a chair and lifting a dumbbell good idea!?
like im sitting on a chair and i lift a 12 pound dumbbell is that a good idea cause i can do lots of reps that way already made it to 300 and my arm is sore

doing small weight and alot is improving endurance, you should be doing like 30 !.!. 15 a rep, 3 reps a day at a single timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
