I am totally out of shape, what kind of sports/activities would you recommend?!


Question: I am totally out of shape, what kind of sports/activities would you recommend!?
It's not like I can just join a soccer league!.!.!.yikes I honestly don't think I can make it down the field once without stopping

I would like to do something to get active, but I don't know where to start!.
I was thinking about kickboxing or judo or something!?

I am sure I am going to get some mean answers!.!.!.not looking forward to that!.!.!.but I am asking for helpful suggestions

Well, how out of shape are you!? Would walking around the block be a good start!?

My mom was really out of shape!. I started simply walking around the block with her, and when that got easier, I took her on really easy hikes!. And being outside is good for the soul :) and if you have a dog, he will like being outside walking with you too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a bike, and just ride around where you live:go to the corner store with a bike, the post office!?
do you have a dog!?take the dog for a walk and take a tennis ball with you:try to play a bit with the dog!.
maybe think about getting a dog!?

I've known people in soccer leagues who can't make it from one end of the field to the other!. You'll fit right in!. If you really don't want to though, I suggest golf!. Nice and easy!. Don't use a golf cart though, that defeats the purposeWww@Answer-Health@Com

walk until you can build up to an hour a day, then increase your speed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

swimming is the best type of exercise!.
it shapes your body well for both genders!.
