Not losing weight, what could I do?!


Question: Not losing weight, what could I do!?
Okay, I had my daughter 6 months ago and at first was losing tons of weight!. I lost all my baby weight which was 30lbs but now I want and need to lose more just to get into my healthy zone!.

I started working out everyday and "power" walking most days of the week!. I've only been doing this for 2 weeks, but cannot seem to lose any weight!. I'm getting frustrated b/c I've been dieting healthy as opposed to how I used to diet when I was young which was basically starvation!.

I've lose all of 2 pounds this way and am getting a little down because it's never taken me so long to lose weight!. I know I should give it time and all and I guess I'm just being impatient and I know my metabolism and such isn't the same as it used to be before I had my daughter, but is there anything I can do to help lose weight just a little faster!? It will take a little longer than 2 weeks to see progress!. It takes time for your body to switch from fat storage to fat burning on a steady basis!. The only that does work is developing the discipline to change your weight gain habits over to weight loss ones!.

You have to have a thought that is powerful enough to keep you from eating junk- and to keep you exercising daily!. As long as your eat healthy and stay active, you never need to go hungry- or go on a special diet!.

Just weigh yourself everyday- the scale and mirror will tell you if you're on the right track!. Everything you need to lose weight can be found in any health or fitness magazine!.

You need to make some alterations in your diet!. The power walking is great, but what you eat can make a huge difference in whether you see results or not!. I have lost 13 pounds just recently from doing the South Beach Diet!. I started on level two b/c I thought level one was too restrictive!. I would try that or another low carb diet like somersizing!. It really helps and you do get to eat carbs on this diet, but the good carbs like whole wheat bread opposed to white bread, etc!. Check it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increase your intake of lean animal and vegetable protein in a ratio 2/3 animal to 1/3 vegetable!. Eat as little fat as possible and try to keep your carbohydrate intake below 20g per day for at least 2 weeks!. No alcohol!. Coffee and diet soft drinks are ok!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
