Question: Tierd while doing bicep curls and crunches!?
when i do bicep curls and situps and crunches i get tierd faster ( puffed out) than i can feel my abs or bicep working!. thats now how i used 2 b

i do more reps and less sets!. because i want bulkier muscle can any1 tel me what the problem is hereWww@Answer-Health@Com

FOR BULKY MUSCLE: MORE WEIGHT-LESS REPS, INCREASE THE WEIGHT FROM SET TO SET EN DECREASE THE REP (12-8-6)

FOR FUNCTIONAL POWER: LESS WEIGHT-MORE REPS, KEPP THE WEIGHT CONSTANT EN REPS ABOUT 12 OR 25!.

FOR TIERDNESS GET CREATIN!
