don't be bulimic please! i've tried that and it feels horrific, you're slowly ruining your health that way

EXERCISE, do cardio, a bit of weights, dance!!

get rid of white rice, bread, pasta, fast foods, sodas, sweets

don't eat anything 3 hours before you go to sleep

if you can't handle the food try cutting your normal eating habits in half, ex!. if you eat 2 krispy kremes eat 1 from now on

or stick to the diet as religiously as you can and then have a cheat day

but don;t overdo!!! you can have that one slice of chocolate cake but not the whole cake, or you can split it in half with someone

LOTS LOTS LOTS of water fruits and veggies

you'll lose the weight in no time

do it healthily and you'll be thanking yourself!.!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How can you have Bulimia and Diet in the same sentence!?

They're not the same thing and I think you know that!

A diet, along with excersise, will lead to a healthy body and to feeling good on the inside as well as out!.

Bulimia leads to heart failure, rotted teeth, a frail body and DEATH!.

How you got those two mixed up is beyond me!.

I'd pick a healthy diet if I were you - but because you asked the question with the word "bulimia" in it I guess you're going to go down that route!. It's a cowards way that will only lead to problems!.

my tip is to eat like a king in the morning!.!.a prince in the afternoon and a pourper on the evening!.!.!. basically!.!. have a good hearty breakfast!.!.!.doing this starts your metabolism off and kick starts it for the day ahead!.!.!.
eat less for your afternoon meal and evening meal as you dont use as much energy as the day progresses!.!. especially of an evening!.!.

the idea is to keep your metabolism going!.!. the higher your metabolism the more you burn calories!.!.!.

everytime you eat you trigger small amounts of metabolism bursts so if you eat regular you keep it going!.!.!.!. excersise burns calories and kick starts your metabolism !.!. a brisk walk or jogging up and down stairs !.!.!. i jog for 15 minutes in the morning with my dog and speed walk with him of an evening!.!. i also use the method above!.!. as well as throwing in the odd apple or healthy snack during these meals to keep my metabolism going through the day!.!.!.

the trick is to do everything in moderation!.!. nothing is bad for you as long as you do it in moderation!.!.!. not eating and just excersising is very bad for your metabolism and your health in general anorexia and bulimia is life threatening and once you go down that path getting off it will be near impossible!.!.
