Football preperation tips?!


Question: Football preperation tips!?
Im about 5'4 122 lbs right now at age 14!. At about age 16 or 17 i plan on playing high school football!. Im kind of a small guy, so does anyone have any tips so i can get bigger!?!?!? like i want to eat more to get more size and buffness, but im afraid i'll get fatter!. lol!. SO what should i do!? will doing pushups alot help !?!?!? im trying to get to 150-160 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start with a mass gainer, bsn's TRUE MASS is a good one if you wanna spend the money, or just mass xxx or something cheaper like that, dont worry, it cant hurt you as long as you use in moderation, make shakes with that stuff and milk, or whatever you like best, now you've got 2-3 years which is plenty of time if you keep at it, so you gotta train very hard, make sure at least some of it is cardio (so you wont get fat lol) and some of it explosive (i!.e!. sprinting up hills) join a local gym, or get weights for your house, and keep up the variation with your goals in mind!. a good site is menshealth!.com (click on fitness)!. now as you get stronger, bigger, faster, you might want to consider creatine in short (20-30 day) cycles, it helped me alot, but you MUST stay hydrated if you take it!. now, you should also start with a protein powder before you try that mass gainer i told you about, it'll give you more lean muscle!. thats it kid, consider using that stuff, (do research) and work hard, when it starts to suck REMEMBER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE FOOTBALL, you'll be a solid player, get the cute cheerleaders and all of that!.
